The Gibson Townshend Signature Deluxe Les Paul re-creates all the quirky aspects of Pete's #9 Deluxe including pancake body, neck volute, and extra toggle switches to control the added middle pickup. The gorgeous finish with famous "9" graphic is enhanced by cream binding on the neck and top, pearloid trapezoid inlays, cream pickguard, and tophat knobs. Mini-humbuckers at the bridge and neck are augmented by a DiMarzio Dual Sound naked humbucker in the middle, which can be selected out of phase. 3-piece maple top, mahogany/poplar back, 3-piece maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. Chrome kidney bean tuners and Nashville TOM bridge. Custom endpins and metal jackplates finish off the amazing attention to detail in re-creating this bold classic. Includes a Custom Shop case with silk-screened signature. Pete Townshend certificate of authenticity, and custom care kit. Only 75 of these historic instruments will be made, so it's an instant collectible.
